You are: 

A proactive thinker who uses Oracle to help your clients do work digitally. You are eager to tackle complex problems and have the track record to prove it. Your people skills are on point, so working with clients and getting the best out of teams comes as naturally to you as designing prototypes. And you're up for traveling regularly to client sites.

 

The work:

Planning, constructing and completing Agile user stories

·
Gather requirements and create high level, detailed design documents 

·
Develop testing strategies and support activities such as automated regression testing

·
Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered 

·
Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts 

·
Stay in the know about Oracle features

· Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday 

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Here's what you need:

· 
2 years Oracle EBS experience

· 
2 years of Testing experience, in an Agile environment 

· 
US Citizenship required (Dual Citizenship Not Eligible for Consideration)

Bonus points if:

· 
You have completed at least one Oracle CC&B implementation 

· 
You have Resources industry experience 

· 
You have an Oracle Cloud Certification  

· 
You've got external consulting experience   

· 
You're an ace at managing and delivering projects 

·  You're great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
