Responsibilities:

· Provide technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or suite of applications leveraging a cloud-based architecture.
· Guide the continuous review and improvement process for existing components of the application.
· Assist in facilitating technical solution and design discussions, complete proof of concepts, and develop non-functional requirements. Manage creation and quality of deliverables.
· Develop processes to ensure successful operations and management applications within the cloud.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree required and minimum of 7 years overall experience
·  2 years experience with the design, build, implementation of technical system improvements
·  2 years experience with components in batch and/or transactional architectures
·  2 years experience with network and infrastructure design and build
·  2 years experience operating, monitoring and reporting on batch and/or transactional systems and the underlying infrastructure
·  1 year experience with the design, build, implementation of automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Custom tooling is also acceptable here if no packaged solution has been used in prior work experience
·  1 year experience with scripting languages including Python, Perl, Unix/Linux Shell (bash, csh, other), or PowerShell
·  Ability to manage the implementation of technical changes with a team of 4-10 resources

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
