The EVM Specialist responsibilities include:

· Responsible for generating CPR reports monthly
· Responsible for preparing monthly integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
· Required to maintain effective internal/external client/Control Account Manager (CAM) relationships within the EVM function on a project
· Acts as first point of contact with client representatives for their specific EVM function (cost/schedule)
· Required to identify, assess and resolve complex EVM issues/problems within own area of responsibility (cost/schedule)
· Responsible for proper configuration and maintenance of Cobra
· Responsible for establishing the tools and procedures that enable EVM compliance on a project
· Operates largely independently within set guidelines, but managerial guidance available if sought
· Typically oversees /co-ordinates the work of other EVM resources, and may lead a medium/small size team
· Typically, as an EVM team leader, accountable for results of team efforts by maintaining workflows and quality standards and meeting deadlines
· Conducts work planning/prioritization for own EVM team/resources
· May be required to formally evaluate team members and provide appropriate input to HR processes

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  2 years of EVM/PMO experience
·  2 years of Deltek Cobra experience
·  2 years of Microsoft Project or scheduling experience
·  U.S. Citizenship Required
·  Bachelor's degree or PMO/EVM experience in lieu of a degree
Preferred Skills:
·  ANSI/EIA-748
·  Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR)
·  Contract Performance Reports (CPR)
·  Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
·  AFS Scheduling Best Practices
·  CWBS Development
·  AFS' Program Management Control System (PMCS) description experience
·  Deltek Cobra

·  Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
