Primary focus of this role will be to design, conduct, measure, and interactively improve Public Opinion Research and Polling to inform U.S. public policy. Aspects of this role will include (in order of importance):

· Public Opinion Research and Polling Experiment Design: Development of research approaches to ensure measurability and outcome validation of research question(s), employing proven research methods from fields of psychology and behavioral economics.

· Social Science: Quantitative and qualitative opinion research, behavioral psychology, and statistical analysis (preferred skill, experience with: python development, SAS, R, SPSS, or equivalent software).

· Research and Analysis: Self-directed pursuit of truth related to specific research question/problem area, including literature review, background study, data interrogation and analysis using statistical/quantitative and qualitative methods, with eye to developing strategic insights/recommendations related to original request/research question/problem area.

· International Marketing: Marketing for specific target audiences abroad, incorporating understanding of language and culture and related nuances, assessment of messengers, content platforms/vehicles, and timing in delivery of message(s).

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in the following subject matter areas: social science, public opinion research, polling, survey research, survey methodology, political psychology OR a minimum of 2 years experience in any of the previous disciplines listed
·  US Citizenship required

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
