The responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include the listed duties and others that may be advised:

· Interact with product owners to identify user stories with functional and system requirements
· Understand basic system technologies as they relate to the system functionality
· Communicate issues to appropriate parties and coordinate with external teams to mitigate potential issues/plan for impending deadlines
· Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers and other cross-functional teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements, and communicate requirements to development teams
· Demonstrate developed functionality and application features Support efforts to test the solution for accessibility and usability compliance

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's of Science degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
·  Minimum of 3 years of Information Technology experience
·  Experience with software testing (Functional, Regression and Integration)
·  Experience with Requirements Gathering and Management

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

·  Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
·  Ability to learn very quickly and share knowledge with other team members
·  Strong problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, organized, ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and very detail oriented
·  Experience and practiced skills with 508 Compliance/Accessibility testing (e.g. JAWS, PAW, WAT, Ferret, Narrator, or Common Look)
·  Experience with Agile delivery

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
