Key Responsibilities:

· Assist Product Managers in developing cost/price estimates, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, additional solicitation language, and other acquisition-related documentation required
· Support Product Mangers with reviewing contractor payment and invoicing issues, developing contract modification documentation, investigating reports of contract discrepancies, and assisting with contract close-out activities
· Assist Product Managers in developing plans, processes, documents and all activities related to managing efforts
· Provide support including but not limited to, meeting coordination and setup, managing files, coordinating schedules, tracking and centralizing, staffing actions and their associated portfolios, assisting with Defense Travel System (DTS), SharePoint, and the data system
· Assist in developing, preparing, managing, and writing documentation requirements. Prepare acquisition documentation to include Executive Summaries (EXSUMS), Acquisition Decision Memorandums, White Papers, and information papers on the subject matter, and adhere to required pre-brief schedules for all documentation leaving the command
· Monitor, track, and report breaches in the Acquisition Program baselines, assist in the development and implementation of support strategies. Ensure plans and schedules are developed and managed for all writing, documentation, and publications objectives

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Bachelor's Degree
·  6 years of experience in Government Logistics (Supply Chain, Purchasing, Lifecycle Management)
·  US Citizenship required

Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

·  Government Contracting and/or Purchasing experience

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
