Your impact

We are looking for recuiters on medior and experienced level, who will work together with an inhouse Accenture team of other recruiters, sourcers and assistants. Within this role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process at ASML: you contribute in thinking about the recruitment strategy; you advise your internal clients, and you will be responsible for efficient fulfillment of the recruitment demand. Naturally, you are also responsible for the entire guidance of the selection process for your candidates. You will be working with the inhouse recruitment team at our client site (ASML) in Veldhoven. ASML is a high tech and leading company in the semiconductor industry.

Qualifications :

Your background

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree;

• You have at least one year of recruitment experience;

• You are able to build and manage strong relationships internally and externally, able to develop creative recruitment action plans;flexible, proactive and have an ambitious mindset aimed at driving service excellence and continuous improvement;

• You are fluent in English communication and interpersonal skill.
