Role Summary

Search Engine Marketing/PPC Analyst
professionals work in a technical client-facing service

environment, supporting enterprise level PPC clients. They provide specialist technical support for

resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. They liaise with product

specialists, engineers, support teams, as required resolving requests/issues in a timely manner. They

ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents as well

as translating client requirements into solutions that will create value for Accenture and our clients.


Roles and Responsibilities


● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise level paid search accounts

● Provide guidance and technical support to high calibre Media Agencies and Account Managers

● Provide product, troubleshooting & workflow guidance and training to new hires

● Provide two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and

customer-centric product development

● Serve as a point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client

experience and internal operational effectiveness

● Work on internal product initiatives like process automation, product improvement suggestion

development

Qualifications :



Required Skills/Competencies/Experience


● 2 years' experience working in a client-facing technical environment, preferably related to, or

supporting, web-based products

● Strong collaboration, leadership, organization and the ability to work well in teams

● Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience

● Superior analytical and abstraction skills

● Proactive problem-solving attitude

● Excellent technical error detection and reporting abilities

● Strong communication skills

● Fluent written and spoken English AND German


Technical Skills


● Practical understanding of HTTP Protocol

● Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript and API usage

● Understanding of Entity-Relationship and Boolean Logic


Desirable


● Prior knowledge of Digital Advertising products/tools or PPC experience via Google, Bing, Yahoo is

a plus

● Knowledge of online marketing KPIs


Education


● Bachelor's degree required: B Tech, BCA, BSc comp, BSc IT, or equivalent practical experience
