Consultant Data Science

As a Data Science Consultant professional, you will help delivering data science projects, mentor teams, build new capabilities and support thought leadership. The ideal candidate is a creative and resourceful person with strong analytical reasoning, business sense and communication skills. Someone excited about to the challenges of using statistics and machine learning in a business setting, such as incomplete data, biased data, large data sets, low signal-to-noise ratios, high variance and multiple objective functions.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Degree in a field like statistics, computer science or applied math or 4+ years of hands-on experience working with data science
·  Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and machine learning models
·  Strong analytical and algorithmic problem solving skills
·  3+ years programming in Python or R, including experience in data science packages
·  Experience manipulating structured and unstructured data sources for analysis
·  Fluency in English
Differential:
·  Software Development (version control, testing, debugging, maintaining code)
·  Neural Networks and Deep Learning
·  Operations Research and Combinatorial Optimization
·  MapReduce/Hadoop and related technologies (e.g., Pig, Hive, Spark, Cascading).
