The Communications Strategy & Solutions Centre of Expertise and Delivery (COE&D) delivers

innovative and creative solutions, that transform how we communicate and collaborate together. We are focused on delivering best-in-class strategic communications for our stakeholders across GBSN.

We have a core team working across our global locations along with some shared resources working on a range of projects at local, global and corporate function level. The team are responsible for best in class communications across BPT, GBSN and supporting comms projects for our corporate function partners across Accenture.

Role description:

The Communications Specialist will support the Comms Associate Manager and Communication Strategy & Solutions COE&D Lead to ensure key campaigns are delivered to the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management and Creative Communications:

· Project manage primarily global initiatives including campaigns and events and comms with requirement to support local campaigns at times.
· Develop campaigns and comms to ensure BPT and GBSN employees are informed and engaged across the community.
· Create relevant communications for use on Portal, circle etc.
· Share creative ideas on how best to communicate and engage with our people.

Communications Expert:

· Develop knowledge of key communication channels
· Create & distribute local and global communications.
· Drive usage of new comm channels with our key stakeholders
· Ensure BPT Comms team maintains a continuous focus on communicating in the new through sharing of best practices and adopting a test and learn approach.
· Manage Townhall and webcast logistics along with supporting decks and communications

Collaboration and Community

· Work with stakeholders to manage their communication needs
· Encourage collaboration across the team and wider BPT Community
· Manage content creation for BPT MS team site
· Share best practice advice and learnings

Team reporting:

· Be responsible for ensuring all relevant websites, documentation and trackers are up to date.
· Ensure client visits are organised correctly and run smoothly.
· Create and maintain communications plans and calendars.
· Coordinate reporting tasks.

Qualifications :

Qualifications and key skills:

·  Degree or equivalent
·  Three + years’ experience in people communications and team management
·  Ability to work across a global team
·  Solutions orientated problem solver with a creative streak

Work requirements:

·  Candidate will be required to occasionally attend out of normal working hours calls and meetings
·  Will need to show flexibility on working hours at critical times
