Key Responsibilities:

Your role includes some or all the following key responsibilities:

Support Business Development

· Assist the Bid Manager or Client Account Lead to coordinate all the activities involved in executing a client business development plan / marketing campaign / opportunity strategy
· Support the creation of proposal materials (RFI, RFPs etc.) and other key events in the business development process including presentations and site visits of relevant services and case studies
· Provide project management support including the opportunity tracking, risks and issues management and help the Bid Manager or Client Account Lead track Business Development
· Support the development of the required commercial approvals and to ensure the opportunity complies with internal controls

Support Opportunity Negotiation

· Support the development and execution of the negotiation strategy with the Client Account Lead, Negotiator, Business Development Lead for Accenture's opportunities
· Acquire knowledge and executes the disciplined methodology and tools for following Accenture's principled negotiation approach
· Support the development of contract materials (e.g. Master Service Agreement, Contract Schedules, Statements of Work etc.)
· Help coordinate contracting and negotiation input across internal and external stakeholders

Support Opportunity Shaping

· Support the opportunity team to develop a value proposition, business case and set of commercials
· Support and assist with product or offering positioning, key contracting terms/conditions, opportunity shaping and financial structuring, including value strategies and/or incentive and value based contracting elements
· Contribute in performing sensitivity analysis to maximize value, potential financial returns while minimizing risk, including pricing analysis (e.g., value targeting and alignment, price range for services, etc.)
· Help ensure integration across the financial and commercial analysis with Corporate Development Transaction Services (CDTS)
· Support Growth as a member of business development teams
· Assist with marketing campaign strategy to develop compelling and compliant proposals
· Execute opportunity capture tactics, competitive analysis, and teaming strategies that balance risk and reward
· Support client delivery and business development teams in building relationships with client decision-makers and key influencers
· Ensure opportunity activities comply with internal controls, ensuring corporate and internal reviews are conducted

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Preferred skills & experience:

·  A post graduate degree, preferred Finance qualifications but not essential.
·  Excellent Communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
·  Experience or exposure to Customer Insights, Opportunity Shaping, Negotiation Management, Opportunity Pipeline Management, Business Case Development, Service Pricing but not essential.
·  Oil and Gas, Mining and Utilities Industry Experience preferred but not essential.
