WORK YOU'LL DO
The Technology Analyst will be responsible for aligning technology with business strategy and goals they work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. They are sought out as experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise. They enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation.

Basic Qualifications

·  2 years experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
·  1 year hands on development experience
Preferred Skills

·  Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
·  Experience with Agile and Scrum Methodologies
·  Hands on experience with Jira
·  Experience creating user stories
·  Organization and time management
·  Oral and written communication
·  Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
·  Management of material resources, financial resources, and personnel resources
·  Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
·  Problem solving
·  Program, Project & Service Management
Professional Skill Requirements

·  It is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed. This role requires 100% travel flexibility to travel and work onsite with clients (typically Monday - Thursday)
·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
