Billing Support Analyst

Job description

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• The applicant will be working in various systems and with partners within the company to facilitate billing turn up, change requests and verification processes in support of our business clients.

• The goal is to ensure the customer is billed accurately and billing is triggered on time.

• There are Service Level Agreements that must be met with the completion of the work.

• The billing agent is not in touch with the customer directly.

• Upper-intermediate knowledge of English

• High School diploma

• Microsoft Suite of applications- Advanced skill set

• Typing - Advanced skill set

• Team player with strong work ethic and a positive attitude

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, solve problems and meet daily deadlines
