AEE Dalian Operations Support Professional (OSP) Analyst – Shared Service Team - Level 11

Job description

The role is for an OSP Analyst who will provide, with close supervision from the dedicated CSG/OU OSP, guidance and support for operations processes and tools, helping to execute business processes effectively. Note: OSP support assignments may vary based on the needs of the business.

This position will be part of the Dalian Accenture Enterprise Enablement (AEE) team,

Key Responsibilities are to:
· Provide business development process and tool support to dedicated OSP(s)
· Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the sales.force Manage My Sales tool according to established guidelines and as needed for system changes
· Take responsibility for agreed areas of data clean-up, pipeline updates, advance stage for approved opps, action sales bookings
· Help handle customer requests/security updates
· Prepare and distribute reporting package to established schedules and ad hoc reports as required
· When trained (with ideal expectation)
· Act as back up to assigned OSP(s) with tasks including client facing requests responding, New Business Meeting (NBM) preparation, logistics, facilitation and follow up actions
· Participate in special projects, ad hoc initiatives as required.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Degree educated or equivalent relevant studies/qualifications (business/executive administrative) preferred.
·  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook)
·  Proficient end user of related operations tools and systems
·  Skillful Japanese (medium English skill with reading and listening skills as minimum requirement)
Skills Requirements
·  Typically has minimum of 1+ years of experience; commercial awareness and business acumen is desirable
·  Expectation is that successful candidate will remain in role for at least 18 months (24 months+ preferred)
·  Previous knowledge of Accenture/experience as sales/operations support would be highly desirable
·  Strong communication skills in Japanese; ordinary English language skills
·  Good communicator and team player with interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
·  Good Excel skills; intermediate upwards is desirable
·  Proactive, accurate, with attention to detail; able to prioritize and plan own work activities as required
·  Team player with willingness to learn and help out where needed, with the ability to work under pressure and take on additional responsibility when trained
·  Willing to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, national holidays (time off in lieu will be given)
