What will it be your daily task?
Will provide level 2 support and administer the Tanium and Active Defense environment during the US time zone of 8am - 5pm CST.
Maintain and administer the applications environment to SLO
Perform troubleshooting and RCA as needed on production incidents
Monitor Service Now queue for change and incident tickets
Support end users/customers
Communicate maintenance to customers
Document operations procedures
Be able to work independently or in a team to address issues
Ideal candidate profile
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Administration - Microsoft Windows Server Administration
- PowerShell Scripting
- Python Scripting
