Key Responsibilities:

(1) CRM Consultant
- Build the global sales infrastructure by utilizing the leading edge CRM solutions
- In addition to Japan, the U.S. and Europe, support the quick deployment and adoption to a emerging market, and effectiveness creation
- Support renewal and integration of the call-center system by a leading edge CRM solution
- Build the next-generation call-center infrastructure, moving ahead of change of the customer points
- Support the change of customer points going social and the diversifying customer loyalty
- Build a customer-loyalty management infrastructure
- Establish a marketing process utilizing social media
- Build the social marketing infrastructure by the leading edge social solutions

(2) CRM engineer
- Take charge of design, development, testing, and migration in CRM application development project regardless of the industry and an industry sector
- Communicate with a client IT group person in charge and the higher rank persons within a Project (person in charge of basic design etc.)
- Work instruction to offshore resources and project acceptance may be assigned.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

(1) CRM Consultant
【Basic Qualifications】
- Experience of 2 years or more in development in Config, Coding (Apex, Visualforce) of Salesforce, or Java
- Business level Japanese / More than 650 TOEIC level of English
【Preferred Skills】
- General knowledge of CRMs (SFA, a service, a call center, PRM, etc.)
- 3-5 persons team leading experience in a Salesforce development Project (team management, status, quality, issue management, client facing work)
【Professional Soft Skills】
- Quick learning capability (self-starter) of operating, communications skills, and the document creation capability (meeting minutes, design documents, discussion materials)

(2) CRM engineer
【Basic Qualifications】
- Development experience (1 year or more of development experience in Config, Coding (Apex, Visualforce), or Java) of Salesforce
- Japanese of a business level
【Preferred Skills】
- About 650 TOEIC level of English
- General knowledge of CRMs (SFA, service, call center, PRM, etc.)
- 3-5 persons' team leading experience in a Salesforce development Project Two years or more (team management, a progress, a Quality, a issue management, client facing)
【Professional Soft Skills】
- Quick learning capability (self-starter) of operation, communications skills, and document creation capability (meeting minutes, design documents, discussion materials)
