Job description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The role of the Trainee program specialist is to deliver the global and local programs’ agenda for our Trainee Programs with a focus on Europe and also to be involved in on-site support related to the events across the region.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

·  Coordination of all trainee programs
·  Pro-actively come up with improvements of the trainee program
·  Making sure all trainees can start their program with the right equipment
·  Ensure all trainees receive the necessary communications about the program
·  Ensure VPs, BU presidents and other trainers of the program are well informed about their involvement in the program
·  Follow-up with VPs, BU presidents and presenters
·  Manage training rooms and facility for program trainee
·  Coordination with business and external supporter on regular status of program execution
·  On-site support for training events (ensuring smooth delivery of date, technical setup, room set up, coordinating participants and speakers)
·  Coordinating input for program agenda’s
·  Arrange travels for participants (room booking, flight details)
·  Support the Master Data and IT team during the trainees OnBoarding
·  Regular reporting on progress, weekly, monthly & quarterly to program owner
·  Acting as the main point of contact for trainees during the campaigns
·  Identifying and resolving challenges and/or blockers to the delivery of the project timeline
·  Some European Travel will be required

REQUIREMENTS

Education

·  Degree in related fields (Events, HR…) or experience on a related field is a must

Experience

·  Demonstrable project management skills
·  Exceptional planning and organizational skills
·  Proven campaign and/or event delivery skills
·  Proactive in anticipating challenges and highly responsive in solving issues and responding to client needs
·  Thrives on working in a fast moving environment, creative, where managing ambiguity is a motivator
·  Proactively increases own knowledge and commercial awareness whilst keeping abreast of new innovations in attraction methodologies associated with Graduate/Early Careers
·  Ability to produce and analyze data to assist in reporting and problem solving
·  Excellent communication skills with an ability to present effectively via PowerPoint and Excel
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders
·  Must be fluent in English
