For the expansion of our GLP team we are looking for several

Service and Support Technicians (m/f/d) in Hamburg.

Main Responsibilities:

• 2nd and 3rd level support for the GLP Track via remote maintenance or at the customer's site
• Processing of malfunctions according to agreed service level agreements
• Documentation of support cases in the internal system and in the customer's ticket system
• Support our technicians in the installation and commissioning of systems on the customer's site
• Technical support of the in-house test tracks

Your profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a similar
• Proven professional experience with electronic / mechatronic systems and in the area of software support
• Experience in supporting complex technical products or software solutions (electronics, mechatronics, software)
• A structured and independent way of working
• Interest in interdisciplinary work
• A strong ability to communicate and to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis
