JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting business needs with regards to the development, training and adoption of Salesforce.com. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies, supporting tactics, and analytics to drive Salesforce adoption.
  • Develop and maintain salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in developing system documentation and end-user training material.
  • Provide training & frontline support for new and existing users; triage support needed from IT.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of key features and functionality of Salesforce for the respective groups you will support.
  • Assist in gathering requirements and working business stakeholders and IT to ensure accurate development of desired capabilities.
  • Work with IT to prioritize the projects, setting expectations on timeframes when requests will be completed, and managing to an overall project schedule.
  • Data Cleansing – Assist in the ongoing cleansing of SFDC data and related applications with the support of stakeholders.
  • Data Loading – assist in transforming data into needed formats for data loads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information science, data management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate information into relevant and actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in newly forming, ambiguous areas where learning and adaptability are key skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to mentor others.
  • Intellectually rigorous, analytical, and curious.
  • Dynamic, motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented creative thinker and problem solver.
