JOB DESCRIPTION:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1, Summary:

Support deliver assigned marketing campaigns for the organization ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals.

• Reporting directly to: Therapeutic Area Manager
• High frequency of interaction: Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Pharmacist stores & Agencies
• Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh

2, Core job responsibilities:

• Support to project managing assigned campaigns from beginning to end ensuring company meets the target objectives.
• Work with agencies to build contents, POSMs, Marketing Materials, activations relevant to Marketing’s strategies
• Support the team in drafting, refining and checking copy, image selection and artwork, ready for final approval.
• Follow and track Marketing result with sales team to achieve company’s KPI
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Core Skill Requirement

• Good Communications skills;
• Advanced in Microsoft Office systems such as Excel and Word
• Organized, accurate and efficient
• Creativity and dynamic in planning new things to enhance the value of company’s events
• Flexibility in solving problems and high adaptability skill
• Can work at least 6 months
