Position Overview:

  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate (MA), supports the brand on many aspects of the business.
  • The MA focus is to deliver on-going programs by ensuring that all key steps of the projects are completed
  • The MA will also support the Marketing team with key financial responsibilities such as: cheque requisitions, monitoring monthly spending, organizing speaking engagements, arranging of translations and approvals of marketing/sales collateral.
  • The MA will participate in new product introductions by supporting the Marketing Team on the planning and the implementation and execution of key programs

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team on the development, implementation, execution and measurement of tactics as defined in the Marketing plan.
  • Respond to queries/info needs from commercial team and customers.
  • Track, follow, deliver on key marketing projects and make sure that they are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate, organize and plan for tradeshows across the country including managing activities with HCPs, salesforce, show organizers and suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Provide updates on marketing project developments and interact with key internal and external partners to ensure that everything is on track

Required Skills & Education:

Undergraduate university studies that normally last three years, preferably in Business or Science.

More than two years of Sales and or cross functional experience is an asset.

Advanced computer skills.

Travel up from 10 to 20%.
