JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

·  Planning & developing sales activities in the assigned area
·  Managing and supervising team members to achieve target assigned
·  Managing & training Sales Team, supporting the team in assigned branch.
·  Handling issues relating to Sales Operation in the area within the given authority
·  Accepting and implementing extra assignments related to the common goal of the Company.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
·  2-3 years' experience at sales management / supervisory position
·  Good communications skill, mature, good coaching skill
