Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary:
Main responsibilities include supporting the various departments with planning, tracking and analyzing of expenditures, and analysis of Actuals vs. internal and external benchmarks. This role also supports the affiliate with the monthly/quarterly/annual close activities. The ideal candidate is also able to support the affiliate management with finance expertise on strategic initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
GENERAL
- Lead the planning, tracking and analysis of affiliate expenses.
- Prepare and maintain RTF Financial Tracker (Deliveries vs. Expectations / Spend)
- Update and submit Monthly Dashboard for Management review
- Prepare and submit monthly Brand P&Ls to local Management
- Assist in affiliate internal and external audits/reviews
MONTHLY CLOSING ACTIVITIES
- Maintain proper affiliate’s bookkeeping and records
- Prepare accruals as part of monthly close activities and coordinate with CFS / ALOG to ensure accurate close
- Update and maintain the reconciliation of reserve and ensure it ties with D.2.0 / ALOG balance and Local Treasury balance
- Perform detailed analysis of SG&A after month end and provide tracking vs budget to each budget owner and maintain FY forecast up to date
SALES
- Analyzing the Sales and Margin report form Division on a monthly basis and ensure cost and TCGM are as per Plan
- Analyzing product wise In Mkt and To Mkt sales and prepare commentary vs Plan and RLBE
- Compare AKIO orders with month ADS
- Prepare and submit Sales Flash report to Area
- Prepare GSAT graphs on a monthly basis and as and when required
INVENTORY
- Analyze the actual physical + In-transit & Under clearance inventory against the Inventory in P05A and explain variances
- Analyze the inventory on monthly basis to identify distress and risk stocks
HOST ANALYTICS
- Ensuring the actual P&L in HA is correctly uploaded and download all relevant sales and P&L reports on a monthly basis
- Update HA with Sales and Opex data for each RLBE cycle
OTHERS
- Analyze the Price Deviation report from ALOG and submit response
- Ensure prices are correctly reflected in all Workflow systems
- Assist in the preparation of Plan and RLBE
- Prepare calculation of Freight differential (actual vs charged) and prepare Debit Note
- Prepare quarterly debit notes for AKIO support
- Prepare Ad Hoc Analysis as and when required by Local Management & Area

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance. MBA or CPA/CA is a plus.
- 2 - 3 years of Experience in Accounting/Auditing and Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Fluent in Business English
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a matrix environment.
- MS Office experience with outstanding Excel skills
- Area / Division Consolidation experience is a plus
- Ability to plan, implement and administer financial information and control systems
