Finance and Demand Analyst

About the position and the team:

The Analyst will provide accurate and qualitative support to the Swedish and Finnish Abbott Diabetes division in the Finance and Demand area. Working in a Continuous changing environment means that you need to be flexible, service minded and that you work independently.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation of budgets and business reviews i.e. Excel sales and expense files, backup calculations and update of budget systems;
• Prepare the month end closes with accruals, backups for reconciliations and inventory reserves in line with good accounting principles;
• Provide quality analysis and commentary to variances in Actuals versus Budget;
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on Sales, units, customers and expenses;
• Submit accurate supply and inventory forecasts;
• Provide financial support to the Commercial organization;
• Lead or participate in projects if needed.

Education/ work experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance
• 2-4 years of work experience in Accounting or Financial Planning

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken, Finnish is preferred;
• Very strong skills in Excel;
• Attention to details and accurate;
• Good communication, administrative and organizational skills;
• Ability to explain figures;
• Solna based.
