Support Test Engineer - Internship

We are looking for a Support Test Engineer to join our Business Unit Grid Automation, located in Santa Palomba. The activity takes place in the testing room and mainly concerns the preparation of the electrical panels for compliance checks and software engineering with respect to the project specifications. The selected candidate will be included in the Team that deals with the testing tests on the panels of protection and control. Contract: internship.

Tasks:

The work is carried out in Team with the testing and engineering Teams. Macro activities can be visual inspection, positioning, wiring control, assembly / disassembly of simulation equipment, connection of the network to the central system.
It may be necessary to perform troubleshooting tasks and small changes to switchgear wiring, as well as functional testing, test generators for the simulation of faults in high voltage systems
The process also requires to carry out the documentary activity for the preparation of certification and cataloging of the orders.

Requirements:

If You have:

• High school degree in electrician field or above. Knowledge of electrical measurement instruments;
• Fluency in both Italian and English language (B2);
• A good knowledge of Office;
• A good predisposition to manual activities.
