Job description

Tasks:
• Design and develop extensions and plugins using Visual Studio C#.NET;
• Model and design Database extensions using UML;
• Create clear, detailed documents of systems requirements including workflow and functionality requirements, data requirements, data integrity requirements, and reporting;
• Create user instructions and test cases for developed plugins and extensions;
• Provide problem solving, technical, and business expertise;
• Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests.

Desired profile

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle software development;
• At least bachelor degree in computer science;
• Good understanding of object-oriented analysis, programming, and design using UML;
• Expertise in C# programming for .NET platforms;
• A thorough understanding of RDBMS, especially Oracle and SQL Server;
• Knowledge of Oracle development environments SQL, PL/SQL;
• Basic understanding of Operating systems (Windows and Linux);
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver results per plan;
• Ability to work independently and within the team framework;
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English;
• Knowledge of GIS technologies would be an advantage;
• An understanding of cyber security best practices would be an advantage.
