Sales Support Trainee

Job description

Support the organization of the proposals process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

1. Sales support
Support of the organization of the bid process/determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
2. Offer preparation
Support in the preparation of technical and commercial offers, review of technical specifications, data sheets and preparation of budgets for electrification, instrumentation and control projects.
3. Cost definition
Support in the defines of cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.
4. Lost proposals
Support in the performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better results.
5. Support in the development of design, basic engineering, providing a solution according to ABB's customer requirements and the elaboration of schedule.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Industrial engineering. This position will be based in our office in Lima, Peru. You must also have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
English Intermediate-Advanced.
Knowledge in Project Management, Bids area and PMs.
Strong customer focus.
Good communication skills and empathy.
Degree of Instruction: Tenth cycle.
