Job description
Tasks:
- Provides assistance for customer orders, statuses and relevant problems (communication with logistic department)
- Gathers and analyses key data in order to support the decisions regarding sales
- Manages sales tracking tools and reports required information
- Keeps records of Sales activities and trends
- Supports Sales manager to develop specific sales strategies.
- Reviews pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service
- Participates in meetings and cooperates with members of other departments (finance, planning, quality)
- Prepares quotations, contracts and other sales documents required by the sales team.
- Maintains and updates internal guidelines and local network data
