Responsible for customer Technical follow-up
Mission statement :
Follows-up all the standard ABB solutions built for our T1 customer
Follows up our offer during its life cycle: from launch, including modification, implementation, and technical problem with the customer.
During design step:
Guides the team in charge of the design to ensure adequacy between supply and demand.
Ensures that the solutions studied are achievable and can be realize anywhere.
Should help the PG R&A team in management of projects:
Manages one or more projects, from the orders to the end of warranty.
Main accountabilities :
Ensures that each ABB site who provides a standardized solution works with the technical solutions defined.
During the life cycle of the standard:
Is the contact of the customer central services about issues of the standard, and its potential developments
Is responsible of the tracking tools for each standard. Works with the ABB site who is responsible for the standard, or the one who realized it to solve problems.
Manages requests of development with design teams.
Is in charge of the park records, including location, and their level of development.
. Additional accountabilities :
(in case where he has to manage projects for the PG R&A in France)
Ensure respect of costs and margin, manage risks et update the new forecasts at the dates defined by the Finance Department. Launch the billing
Organize the distribution of the various internal and external works connected with company's organization.
Perform projects' planning
Be customer's privileged interlocutor and keep attentive to his/her reactions.
Organize and control the various activities of review, action plans, verification and validation.
Make the installations received by the customer.
Respect the quality system and the organization's procedures.

Education and Qualification :
- Bac+5 automatism with experience in project management within systems environment
- Real experience in Robotic
- commercial sensitivity
- Fluent in English
- German is well appreciated
