Job description
Tasks:
• Welcoming quests and guiding them to the responsible departments and/or meeting rooms;
• Issuing visitor passes for ABB employees from other businesses, suppliers and quests;
• Granting and checking access authorizations for employees;
• Booking meeting rooms and managing the premises;
• Organizing transportation for all ABB Rakovski employees, managing transportation issues;
• Organizing business trips, visits, hotel reservations and transfers of guests
• Organizing events related to visits
• General secretarial duties
