Job description

Tasks:
Your main mission will be to manage and lead activities related to our quality improvement projects, including analyzing data and coming up with solutions. You will also be responsible for implementing entirely new products and manage temporary product and art deviations in production, as you will act as our bridge between the global R&D function and the factory. This position also involves monitoring cost of poor quality, controlling specific product plans and managing audit plans.

Requirements:

Your personal qualities are vital for success. As Product Quality and Engineering Specialist, you need to be an outgoing, open-minded and collaborative person with the ability to coordinate and lead various projects. Equally important are your analytical mind-set, quality focus, drive and ability to develop strong relationships.

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, along with several years' of experience from a similar position or from working with research and development, production development or quality. Moreover, you are strongly interested in technology. If you are used to manage schematic drawings and CAD, it is highly valued. Proficiency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
