Tasks:
1. To maximize drives' marketing share & increase revenue in the HVAC industry markets.
2. To build market intelligence and help to develop marketing strategy for the HVAC business in specified partner.
3. Define the priorities for the markets, elaborate & implement business plans for the segment and build up application know how.
4. Develop new partner and project in segment field.
5. Establish brand positioning & competitive differentiation platforms in order to win against the competition and deliver unique benefits.
6. Maintain and improve the OEM customers and key partners in own field.
7. Analysis and study on the segments and competitors.
