In our Robotics and Motion Division, for our Business Unit Robotics located in Sesto San Giovanni we are looking for a young graduate with a genuine interest for new technology and innovation who will support the Service Team.

Tasks:

In this role your accountabilities will be to support the activities of field service and customer care.
Your main goal will be the creation of a video trasmission system for a troubleshooting and solving problems remotely on ABB robots.
You will start from an analysis of hardware and software already in the market. Moreover you will support reporting and statistical analysis based on the data and prepare and analyze regular statistics using available tools and collecting relevant information.

Requirements:

You hold a Degree or you are attending the last year of Informatics or TLC engineering. Good knowledge of MS Office is required. An innovative thinking, precision and high motivation to learn will complete your profile.
