This part time college internship will be responsible for assisting with various program and technology initiatives within ABB's Integrated Talent Center of Expertise. - The role will report into the Cary, NC US headquarters office. - The role will periodically need to come into the office, and can also periodically work remotely. - This part time role should expect to work 10-20 hours per week, depending upon school obligations. - We are ready to fill the role immediately, and will work through December 2018, with the potential to extend into 2019.

Tasks:

Areas of focus will include, but not be limited to:
o Diversity & Inclusion
o Early Career Talent hiring, development and retention
o University Partnerships
o Confidential Succession Planning
o Employer Branding
Specific projects will include, but not be limited to:
o Website enhancements
o Social media presence
o Database and spreadsheet administration
o Data analysis
o Event planning and logistics

Requirements:

Key skills needed are:
o Professionalism
o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
o Analytical thinking
o Comfort and experience with Excel
o Web design experience
o Comfort and experience with social media
o Strong organizational and time management skills
Ideal preferred skills are:
o Creativity
o Interest in the Talent Management field
o Database design experience
