Job description
Tasks:
As HR Intern, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees
- Opportunity to gain experience by working in different teams: Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
- Example of some tasks (not extensive list):
- Execute country specific administrative tasks for overtime, on call duty, idea program and inventor remuneration;
- Administer and monitor the employee life cycle related changes to e.g. transfers, leaves of absence, ending of employments, promotions, awards and salary changes; updating HR systems. Also preparing, dispatching and filing documentation;
- Prepare and publish job postings, perform pre-selection for internship and entry level positions, register applicants after career fairs;
- Confirm training registrations, administer training courses in Learning Management System and prepare Photo Documentation of the trainings.
