Internship HR Marketing - Employer Branding

Job description

Tasks:
- In this role, you will organize and manage external events (which will include planning and implementing workshops) as well as company tours for lecturers and students, covering everything from on-site organisation to the choice of presentations/guest speakers etc.
- Furthermore, you will be expected to give presentations in English and German
- Your tasks will include making an active contribution to job fairs and networking events, as well as advising students on key issues
- Working in close cooperation with ABB Germany on our Facebook Career Fanpage you will also report from various events
- You will assist with in developing new Employer Branding communication material
- You will support our Trainee Program supervisor in organizing events and during the application process (screening, preparation of Assessment Center)
- It goes without saying that you will also maintain a close dialogue with various internal and external stakeholders within our industry
- Last but not least, you will be required to answer students request regarding internships and entry opportunities with ABB

Desired profile

Requirements:

- Candidates will currently be in the midst of completing their degree studies in Business Administration, Marketing or Psychology – or may have already graduated
- A well-defined interest in HR work and marketing-related issues is essential, as is proficiency in the use of standard IT tools
- You will also have a strong and mature command of German, both written and spoken, complemented by
additional English and/or French language skills
- A self-starter by nature, you will be highly conscientious in your approach, as well as displaying team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organisational skills
- Flexibility is considered equally important, together with the ability to prioritise and the capacity to allocate your working hours as efficiently as possible
