Job description

Tasks:
We are asking you to expand the business within the Oil, Gas and Chemical industry. The entire process of market analysis, plan of action and selling the entire ABB portfolio, including corresponding services, is your primary responsibility. By building a strategic network, you are able to commit existing customers and attract new ones. In order to do this successfully, active participation in the worldwide, internal ABB network is a must for this industry.

In this position, you are expected to:
- visit customers and prospects in order to generate sufficient offers and quotes in order to achieve your target.
- participate in (networking) events aimed at the Oil, Gas and Chemistry segments in order to expand your own network as well as that of ABB.
- work closely together with other ABB divisions and business units in order to fully capitalize on opportunities.
- keep yourself informed of developments and opportunities within the segment.

Desired profile

Requirements:

- Successful completion of a bachelor degree program, preferably in industrial engineering and management.
- Proven track record in the sale of total solutions within the Oil, Gas and Chemical industry.
- Sales and Marketing-driven personality.
- Excellent communicative skills.
- A diplomatic team player who is cooperative in working together with other departments and suppliers.
- The ability to think strategically and to convincingly present the added value of ABB solutions at all levels within an organization.
- Enterprising and result-oriented.
- No objection to traveling (abroad).
- An excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
- Holder of a type B driver license.
