Job description

Tasks:
As a Base Computer Environment & Office 365 Pro Plus clients SME you will:
• Participate in end to end management ownership over assigned service, and their operational setup, following guidelines from Service Manager;
• Ensure that all service documents are maintained, updated, reviewed regularly, as a joint effort, (orchestrated by Service Manager);
• Ensure that supplier follows the documented procedures, escalate non-adherence, work with supplier on improving the service;
• Manage the technical support for incident – specially for major or severity 1 incidents;
• Collaborate with business representatives to understand business perspective in context of assigned service;
• Participate in regular service and capacity review with IS supplier;
• Manage service quality to make sure comply with defined contract requirement in SLA/KPI;
• Creates and/or approves technical specifications for changes based on functional as well as non-functional requirements and specifications;
• Monitor continuous technology improvement, assist projects aimed at their delivery.

Desired profile

Requirements:

• 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure services on a large scale and :
• In-depth knowledge for Windows 7 & Windows 10 configuration and customization;
• Windows 7&10 operating systems image creation & deployment methods & tools (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, VMware Mirage, SCCM);
• Operating systems update and upgrade strategies (Service packs, Feature updates);
• Device drivers upgrade strategies;
• In-depth knowledge for Office 365 ProPlus (2013 and 2016) support, deployment, update and upgrade strategies;
• Fluency in English.
