Job Summary :
The person hired for the position of bCom Business Process Support Analyst will serve in an action packed, fast paced environment and will serve as a key liaison between bCom’s business clients and the IT Organization in resolution of process and system issues while seeking out opportunities for continuous improvements that will impact the customer experience. The bCom Business Analyst leads the effort to analyze, validate and document business and system requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that support the business request or opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·  Serves as the subject matter expert and liaison to the bCom community for the bCom Order Management processes.
·  Responds to client questions, incidents, service requests and enhancement requests in a timely manner to ensure business process continuity and customer satisfaction.
·  Work with Business Process Leads (BPL) to drive digital product roadmaps. This includes involvement in North American Review and Facilitating Global Review of Enhancement Requested by Deployed Countries.
·  Enable global best practices.
·  Analyze Incidents, Questions and enhancements in order to update and enhance the bCom training suite.
·  Collaborate with business stakeholders, regional process teams, IT and BT BPL’s to identify and document business requirements and identify process and system gaps.
·  Partner with Area BPS to enable value realization by driving adoption of global process & optimization.
·  Initiate change requests, create test scripts, and execute the necessary testing using established SAP methodology and tools to ensure quality system releases.
·  Provide release note documentation, create job aids, tip sheets, and user training for clients as needed, identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
·  Support the global project team (BT) during stabilization and post gate 6 activities for deployed countries.

Basic Qualifications:

·  Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
·  Minimum of one (1) year of combined experience within Customer Service, Supply Chain Logistics, and/or Information Technology field in a private, public, government, or military environment

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Three or more years combined job related experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Logistics, and/ Information Technology field
·  Knowledge of SAP Sales/Distribution processes.
·  Training users, supporting or deploying the application and/or business processes for Partner/eCommerce Sites.
·  Development and testing cycles including creation of test scripts and testing in lower environments, past experience with ALMQC is preferred.
·  Working with Agile Methodology and Jira Project Management.
·  Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
·  Strong problem solving skills – ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams to evaluate and address key issues.
·  Strong consulting skills including leading teams, planning and prioritization.
·  Skilled at gathering and analyzing requirements from internal clients; researching and resolving complex problems; negotiating project scope; and advocating best practices and processes.
·  Strong customer service an organization skills.
·  Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete day to day tasks with minimum amount of direction.
