Responsable Middle Office

• Daily pricing coverage : Euronext and Liffe market
• Operational excellence by ongoing improvement
• Key figures of the department : KPIs, budget, forecast, activity reports
Main missions :
• Founding the middle office department whose the main function is to manage, control and report the raw material purchasing department
• Develop and program tools to optimize the raw material processes and organisation
• Operator within the margin securing strategy
• Analyse markets
• Member for the Integrated Business Planning project (supply chain area) : 5 months of project, 20 participants, 2 days/week
• Founder and Manager of a project : rebuild the raw material procurement process into locals supply chain plant by developing a software : more than 1 year, 4 departments involved, 8 european factories implemented and 15 peoples affected.
Results : time saving, process secure, accurate datas in real time
