Monitoring backlog's tickets
Update and creation documents to ensure business continuity activities
Permanent contact with the European and Asian teams to ensure business continuity
Participation to the SCRUM meeting and coordinate with SCRUM team to priorize clients problems
Handle and communicate on major incident
