Packing Department Intern

- Conception / Génie civil / Génie industriel• Reduced the shampoo and conditioner bottles format change-over time on two multi-format packing lines and produced a map of every change-over of each packing line in the plant. • Applied a standard approach used in the plant similar to the SMED method and to the Lean Manufacturing. This work led to the setting up of a proper documentation, a new organisation and the proposal and follow-up of an action plan in order to facilitate the process. • Successfully reduced the change-over time by 35% on the two packing lines and created a complete map of all change-overs of each packing lines.

- Conception / Génie civil / Génie industrielCahouet is a company located near Paris manufacturing equipments handling high pressure whose clients include Air Liquide. • Reviewed the European Community mark files by reviewing all the tests demanded by the standards and therefore carrying out the tests which were out-dated or inexistant and by reviewing the essential requirements and the risks assessments of the medical products. • Successfully carried out all 30 missing tests and reviewed and created all requirements and assessments needed.
