After a two years degree program in Biology ended by a three months internship in Montreal (Canada), I am currently studying engineering at the UTC (in Compiègne, FRANCE) with the aim of becoming a Food Processing engineer. I am definitly interested in food quality, innovation and in dietary habits with their impacts on health. I am passionate about the consumer trends which involve innovative products and services.
