Fund Accounting Assistant Manager
- MaintenantVentes • Co-management of teams of 22 & 16 people (1 to 1, holidays and tasks allocation, team meetings, team members lead), cross-teams’ projects within whole company (including multi-locations, compliance, CPI, etc);
• Fund Accounting & Funds conversion between different accounting platforms: InvestOne (SUNGARD) and IAX to EAGLE STAR (Eagle Investment Systems), using personalized macros and tools dedicated to the team;
• Internal & External audit, Audit for clients and client’s external counter-parties, Expenses management, Cash & Assets Reconciliations, Futures, SWAPS, Options, Forwards, bonds and shares valuations (among others floating rates and multi-currencies investments, dirty prices);
• Client migration from abroad without SME / people transfer and team-merging with multiple clients, including team’s schedule and workload management and training, SLAs re-definition with counter-parties, process-map and process structure modification, procedures re-writing management;
• Processes analysis and their optimization, decreasing security gaps & risk and fastening process;
• Audit queries for external legal entities and regulators; clients and Investment Managers from the whole world;
• Optimization with MS Excel using VBA language (LEAN and Six Sigma belts, UDT creation, remediation, definition, update, termination, management);
• New processes, procedures, UDTs and checks creation and measure of their efficiency via monitoring;
• Excel documents and elaborated files creation, OLEs dedicated to clients and cross-teams / sites / clients building;
• Managing of funds inceptions and funds terminations; distributions; corporate actions; funds valuations; benchmark comparison; market value; elaborate client's requests management;
• Hiring interviews (several dozens of candidates in 3 years);
• Owning the client, investors, trustee, auditors, custody, Investment Manager and others parties’ relations for my team;
• Awarded as ASPIRE employee & WoW by Manager;
• European Employee Forum representative for Poland, Improvement Group, Fund & social committee, Parents Group.
