• Synthesis and characterization of optoelectronic materials for the passivation and the antireflection coatings of silicon photovoltaic solar cells (ALD & PECVD ; OES, photoluminescence ex situ and in situ during PECVD, QSS-PC, COCOS, XRR, RBS, ERDA, TDS, APiC, Raman, spectroscopic ellipsometry)
• Development of an innovative deposition process based on ALD (patent pending)
• Involvement within 3 collaborative projects of IPVF (crystalline silicon; advanced characterizations; modeling)
