Digital Product Manager
- MaintenantMarketing Product owner of "blacklist.me" a CPC social shopping platform. In charge of the desktop, the mobile website and the applications (IOS/Android)
Project management:
- Definition and prioritization of the marketing and product roadmap
- Ensure the successful reach of key milestones according to deadlines and business goals
- Coordination with the other product owners (emailing, tracking, tech)
- Agile Methodology
- Management of the work flow
Product management:
- Definition and implementation of the product according to agile methodology
- Management of the product roadmap according to the backlog and the technical resources
- Scrum, Sizing and Sprint planning meetings
- Product Specifications (scenarios / user stories / Jira tickets / process schema / HTML)
- UX & UI
- Mockups
- Tests and validation of the production releases
- Follow-up and improvement of main KPIs
- Acquisition of members through games implementations
Various information:
- International technical team (Italia / Germany / Poland / Tunisia / France)
- Management of the graphic designer and the intern
- Benchmark analyses
- Involve in a cross device strategy
