- Change leader and TRS coordinator for A320/A330/A380 Programs:
My task is to lead a Change (a modification on the aircraft) through the Change Process, Standard or Customization changes: gathering technical, costing and industrial aspects, ensuring dossier's completion and quality for decision in Program Board. I act as a coordinator between the Central Program and other Airbus design offices (Electrical System Installation, Mechanical Systems Installation, and Structure)
- MOD Closure coordinator for A320/A330/ATR programs:
I’m responsible for steering the MOD Closure process from performing quality and coherency checks of the various closure statements to supporting Engineering in their role as Design Office Responsible. I assure and provide CIN closure Stage0 according to program scheduling.
** CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT **
- Working on internal improvement projects (5S,PDCA,Management reviews ,Proposal of improvement actions )
- Producing weekly risk dashboard to follow-up the remain tasks on aircrafts in delivery phase (Configuration Management).
-Defining and Analyzing of Key Performance Indicators (On Time Delivery OTD ,Right First Time RFT and efficiency )
-Conducting and Participating in internal meetings ,group level meetings and the weekly meetings with costumers ( Sogeclair Aerospace France , Sogeclair Aerospace Germany, Airbus Specialists and Airbus Suppliers )
