Our vocation is to assist our clients to imagine, design, build and operate the energy infrastructures of tomorrow.
Poste et missions:
As a part of development of our Finnish subsidiary in Finland, you will be in charge of the Vulcain Engineering activity :
1. Commercial side:
- Prospect the various accounts of the energy, environment and infrastructure sectors;
- Build the organization chart;
- Identify projects and decision-makers;
- Make customer appointments to collect their technical assistance needs;
- Make customer appointments;
- Negotiate rates and conditions;
- Draft business proposals;
- Follow up on the assignment with the client by performing regular points;
- Retain customers and consultants;
2. Recruitment:
- Sourcing and identifying candidates on all EPCC ;
- Identify and recruit consultants to meet the needs of Vulcain Engineering clients;
3. Management side:
- To be present on a daily basis for your consultants: from the signing of your contract, to the validation of your leave, your annual maintenance etc ...
- Ensure a liaison between your consultants and the Vulcain administration for the follow-up of the mission;
- Manage consultants' careers.
Profil:
Bachelor's degree in engineering and / or business school
We expect the candidate to:
Fluent english
Fiber trading and negotiation skills;
Interpersonal skills ;
Ability to listen, question and analyze;
Responsiveness: ability to work in emergency;
