I - The Role

The Tesla Delivery team is committed to providing the best customer experience from the time an order is placed through the day of delivery. The intern will help delivery team to provide the best customer experience from the time an order is placed through the day of delivery.

He will help the Delivery Specialist.

II- Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

· Insure a continuous delightful experience to customers after sales end off through the day of delivery.

· Manage expectations and communication from the point of order until delivery for a defined pipeline of customers

· Identify and overcome objections and obstacles, including charging, financing, timing and customer education

· Interface with support admin teams (Financial Solutions, Trade-ins), as well as service, sales and logistics to seamlessly coordinate all aspects of the delivery

· Prepare paperwork to insure smooth handover to our Sales team.

III- Requirements

· You are currently studying a Master degree (Master 1 or Master 2)

· You are looking for a 6 months Internship period

· The right candidate will be open, friendly, customer orientated and with a high willing to work in a dynamic team.

· You will need to have a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude

· Able to operate effectively in a very fast moving, developing and constantly changing company

· Very good organization skills and excellent administrative rigor

· Analytical mind

· At-ease with figures

· Able to deal with ambiguity

· Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

· Possess drive, enthusiasm and a genuine interest and curiosity in the business

· Ability to follow oral and written instructions

· Strong command of English and French

· Clean driving license required
