In order to insure our growth and to strengthen our team for our office in Brussels, we are looking for our new Resource Manager.

You will have to support the sales development of your area.
You will follow an extensive training on our HR & sales methods and a personal mentoring during your integration on the field.
- Account Management assistance for strategic clients (banks, insurance companies, asset managers…)
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants (headhunting) and matching them with vacancies at our clients
- Coaching applicants to prepare for interviews.
- Negotiating contracts with both clients and candidates.
- Working in collaboration with the HR department and the Business Managers.
- Relationship management with our consultants (French, Dutch or English speaking) and building relationship with clients.
- In charge of various Ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life like community management or organization of company’s events
